A close friend recommended Denise and after a couple of phone interviews we were extremely confident and thankful we'd be working with the best. We met with Denise for an initial search only a month or so ago and she located a house we wanted on the first day of a brief search in FL. Unfortunately, while we still had a home under contract in NC, we hesitated (too much contemplation) a bit too long and submitted a bid that was beaten by only a few hours... Yet, we were encouraged by Denise's confidence, thorough knowledge and advise with both the sale of our NC home and the resumption of search with her when we return to FL after our NC closing in July.

It was a long road, literally, for us to relocate from Oregon to Florida. Thank you, Denise and staff, for helping us every step of the way!

We met Denise back in 2020 when we were preparing to sell our home. Denise did a wonderful job for myself and my wife. Very professional, knowledgeable and knows her job inside and out. She sold that home in about 60 days which we were extremely happy. Then in late 2023 we decided to move again when we found our dream home. That home we were in she sold in 6 weeks which again was really wonderful and really helped us a lot. Relocator06/26/19 01:13 PM    I felt confident in Denise's ability to provide exceptional service soon after I met her. She is smart, quick and very savvy. Her personality is warm and caring which immediately put me at ease. I find Denise to have exceptional knowledge of the Volusia County area and market. I feel I can count on her to point out not only the positives of properties she has shown me but also issues that may be a concern. Her attention to detail is impressive. She has pointed out things worth noting that I never would have identified. I was very impressed with her detailed explanation of the contract my husband and I initiated to make an offer on a house. She took the time to go through the contract line by line to make sure we had a complete understanding of the document. But what impressed me the most is her willingness to offer her opinion and expertise in matters that didn't even have to do with sale or purchase of a home. When Denise was sent a copy of the offer to buy contract on our home in NC, she identified a number of areas that were incomplete or inaccurate. Denise also provided excellent advice when we were going through a very difficult time with our agent in NC. There were several times I didn't think there was anyone on our side but Denise. Her help in this difficult time was so important especially knowing that her assistance was certainly above and beyond what her role as buyers agent is.

02/22/20 11:19 AMWe knew Denise had a great reputation in the shores but she exceeded our expectations. At the time our condo was being sold it was extremely difficult due to major construction being done. She kept us believing it would sell and of course it did. When it came to making our purchase she listened to what we had to say and may even had know where we would be happy before we did. We couldn't have found a better home. Denise's knowledge and experience and her great personality make her an exceptional Realtor.
